Responding to the challenges of truffle growing

In constant contact with those involved in the truffle industry, we find ourselves at the heart of a network on which we rely to develop innovative and appropriate services.

Through WETRUF, we offer technological innovations resulting from our research at INRAE as well as services based on our experience, with the aim of leading to optimised management of truffle plantations and a broadening of horizons.

Our primary objectives are to promote truffle-growing, a form of cultivation that respects the environment, requires no chemical inputs and encourages biodiversity, and to contribute to the professionalisation of the French truffle-growing industry.

Our most popular innovation

All crops, including truffles, require a good assessment of the proportion of water that can be used. Measuring the pF, or water potential, is the best way to control watering. The pF represents the pressure that needs to be applied to extract the water from the soil.

Our latest innovation allows you to control the watering of your truffle farm remotely, with unrivalled precision, to optimize your yields.
