A team of professionals who know how to support you with methodology and scientific pragmatism for such a special product. An approach and a teaching method that will enable any neophyte to understand and move forward with his or her project.
An important aid to be used "without moderation" before launching and during the project to validate the stages.
They're not selling dreams, but methodologies, tried and tested concepts, tips and tricks to help you succeed and optimise your future production.
Don't hesitate for a second to consult them, the team is really very available and responsive.
Without this help and support, our project in the Ardèche would probably never have seen the light of day, or only in very limited conditions.
I'd like to thank the whole team for their availability and support, both during the contractual support and during the ONLINE and face-to-face training sessions.
I hope to be able to share some harvest results soon!
Very good, comprehensive training courses, both online and face-to-face, for setting up a truffle farm ... and discovering the mystery of truffles. From the choice of land and certified mycorrhizal plants to planting; from working the soil and controlled irrigation to pruning the trees; from the sexuality of the truffle to sowing; from cavage to training the truffle dog, not forgetting the administrative aspects of being a truffle grower. All your training courses have given me the information I need to run my truffle farm.
I would again like to thank the entire wetruf team, and in particular FLORA TODESCO, President of SAS WETRUF, who led these training courses, accompanied by CLAUDE MURAT, a research engineer for over 20 years at INRAE, responsible for truffle research programmes, who was able to show us, with these microscopes, the spores and other mycelial filaments during the last course at AUBENAS agricultural college, I sincerely recommend these courses to all amateurs or professionals who want to start growing truffles.
I'll end this recommendation with this well-known song: But I KNOW adapted by Jean loup DABADIE for JEAN GABIN: maintenant je sais, je sais qu'on ne sait jamais....
As a complete novice when it comes to working the soil and, what's more, truffle growing, Wetruf provided me with the technical and scientific information I needed to set up and run my truffle farm.
The online training courses were and still are a great help to me, because they are given by competent and experienced professionals.
Flora Todesco provides precise answers to scientific questions not addressed during the training sessions, and refers you to specialists if necessary.
I recommend accompanying with Wetruf.
