How do you make a soil improver on your plot of land?

Step 1

Amendment definition, product selection, volume calculation

Based on the results of the soil analysis, we define the type of amendment that can be applied. We then research and select the appropriate product, depending on the desired effect and the objective to be achieved on the soil in question. We calculate the volumes to be applied according to different criteria: full or partial application, initial rectification application and maintenance application. We search for suppliers according to your location, packaging and delivery terms.

Step 2

Expert report, advice, spreading by operator

We record all our expertise in a complete report: product selected with technical data sheet, calculations of input volumes, spreading methods and mechanization required, suppliers in your region, best practices and points to watch out for.
We pass on all this information, together with our advice on spreading and the technical implementation of the amendment, during a feedback meeting.

Step 3

Post-application soil monitoring analysis

Any modification to the soil must be monitored to check the modified rates and readjust them if necessary. We’ll work with you to do just that. Depending on the type of soil amendment, a control soil analysis will need to be carried out within a longer or shorter period of time following the amendment, in order to monitor the changes made. Depending on the type of amendment, we can offer you either a complete agronomic analysis, or a quick estimate.

  • soil cation reservoir (CEC, texture, OM), amount of CaO, C/N ratio, OM/clay ratio.
  • Product search and selection by :
  • the elements defined in the first step, the product data sheet (rate of VN, speed of action, ISMO value, etc.), the spreading method and the operator's mechanization.
  • Calculation of input on the surface in question :
  • calculation of planting density (no. of plants/ha), calculation of volumes for full/partial/semi-partial fertilization, initial rectification fertilization and maintenance fertilization.
  • Supplier search and selection according to :
  • origin (quarries, green stores, agricultural cooperatives, etc.), price/ton, packaging, delivery methods, operator location.
